Car Rental - Entertainment online code - National

I booked a car using the Entertainment Book's online coupon. I do not have a book this year, but had one last year so I was able to log in and use their codes. There was no coupon to print, just codes to enter. Is this ok?

I am also a member of the Emerald Club, but my email said I have counter service. Is that because of the coupon code? I would really rather skip the counter.

All of this stuff can be so confusing!

If it were me, I'd just get a new Entertainment book and rebook the reservation. You shouldn't have to go to the counter.

Generally the only time a coupon kicks you to the counter is when it's an upgrade coupon. Hopefully you were logged in under your Emerald membership account when you made the reservation too.
