Car Rental Drop off question?

Tricky question.
I want to rent a car for half my weeks stay then drop the car off inside or near disney. We are traveling three days before the rest of our family and they are going to rent a car for the other half of the week from the airport. Is there any car rental places that will let us rent from the airport and drop off from the resorts???????

National, but the cost to rent a car for 3 or 4 days is probably about the same as renting a car for a week.

National has a drop off at the dolphin/swan or near the main parking lot for MK wher they supposedly will give you a ride to where you need to go.
Some other companies also have drop offs at some of the downtown disney hotes. I know for sure that avis does at the hilton.

Thank you both for the input. I am going to go with national. Its only going to cost 77 bucks for the three days and it is really worth it. Our trip is going from the airport to the marriott to the portifino and the rest of the family will meet us there. They will rent a car also so dropping it off at the dolphin makes it so much easier so we are not wasting time from a park. And we are ending the trip at the cbr so disney will drive us around from there.

regarding national and dolphin

there have been recent posts here that says they do not allow drop offs at that SITE any more...


you would have to take it to the car care centre......but also you would have to check to make sure you returned it when they are open there

they are NOT open 24 hours a day at the car care centre....and if you need a shuttle back to your hotel/resort you would have to check to make sure you returned the car during the "operating" hours of the car care centre

Thank you for that info too! Our trip has just had a change of plans U2 is playing in tampa on saturday december 1st. Having the opportunity to see them again we couldnt pass up. So with the change of flight days and needing the car for a longer time now we are going to just rent the car for the whole stay. Does anyone know of any great deals for a weeks stay on rentals?
