car rental discounts?

anyone have sites i can montior about discounts that may come around for car rental? for some reason paying rack rates for anything kills me. i am "ding-ing" for my airfare and monitoring discount codes for my room, i would love to scope out discounts for car rental too. especially if it is a company that is onsite at MCO.
