You can try http://www.carrentalsavers.com or http://www.mousesavers.com,many of the mousesaver codes are good at other locations.

kayak.com will help you determine which agency is competitve. COSTCO, AAA and Wal-Mart generally give good discounts. Very few of the codes posted on DIS are Florida specific.

I don't think Kayak allows you to input codes. You can only research "retail" prices. But it's never a bad place to start.
