Car Rental at WDW?

Is there a car rental place somewhere in the world? If so where is it? I want to rent a car, but not until we leave WDW as we will be going somewhere else. I don't want to pay for the car all week because we will use the WDW transportation.

Also what is the best way for two people to get to the world from the airport?

In addition, there is a National office on-site at WDW, which is very convenient should you wish to keep your car for only part of the trip. There are also rental car locations at several of the hotels in the Downtown Disney area.
