Car Rental at the WDW Dolphin

Hey

I wonder if you guys can help

We have just booked a car with Alamo to take us from the airport to WDW Dolphin, but it says the car hire place is closed there when we will be dropping it off (8pm), so what are the procedures here?

Also, having booked the car it didn't ask for any credit card details, but has confirmed the reservation - is this normal?

I loved using the Alamo counter at the Dolphin in May!! I have been told that if the counter is closed when you need to return the car, the valet guys will take it for you. All your credit card stuff should be taken care of when you pick up the car.
 
When the valet gives you the return slip, make sure the info is correct. They wrote down the wrong return date on our slip and DH didn't notice it. When we returned home, our credit card was charged for an extra day. I finally got the charge removed, but it took a while and several phone calls.

As everyone has said, returning the car is VERY easy. I just did this on Tuesday - pulled up to valet, told them I was returning and was given a receipt. I did go in to the counter and have Melissa print me out a full receipt for my records.
