Car rental at Port Canaveral

Due to family in Florida, we will be renting a car both before and after cruise. Does anyone know if there is a major car rental agency at the port? If not and you have rented, how have you handled the dropoff?

We like Budget because they are close by and their shuttle never seems as crowded as Avis's.
