Car rental at near port

Can anyone please tell me which car rental coompanies near the port offer shuttle to the ship? Does National?Is there a charge for it? Does anyone know how much cab fare would be?

Avis and Budget have shuttles at the port. National does not but has an agreement with a local cab company to get you there for a small fee i would think.
