Which car rental agencies are located at SNA & LGB airports? Are there any car rental agencies near Disneyland if we decide to rent a car later in our trip to drive to San Diego? TIA

Alamo has locations in Downtown Disney and on Katella (just down the street from the park entrance).

Avis and Dollar have locations on Harbor just across the street from the park entrances.

If you're going to rent at the airport, I highly recommend bidding on priceline. You can save a ton!

What size car did you end up with and what was the rate?? Oh, and how close to your trip did you book?

I booked on the 2nd, for a car to be picked up on the 5th.

I used hotwire b/c bidding scares me, and there was a link to last minute savings that showed up with a 17.95/day rate on a 3 day weekend rental of a mid-sized car.

Since they had an economy car listed at 18.95, I thought that was snazzy.

Of course the taxes and fees always add up, but I really couldn't complain! Especially b/c we didn't have to take the loss damage waiver insurance, thanks to our credit card. Love that!

We ended up with one of these beauties. Only needed 5 bucks worth of gas for the Avis-near-LAX/Disneyland area round trip drive. Nice!

okay, cool. We have a 9 day rental right now reserved through Costco at Avis. It is just under $200 including all fees and is for the second size up. We are only going LGB to HOJO, and maybe a little darting around, like to the Costco to pick up a $9.00 pizza, etc. I would like to get it closer to $150.
