I have been on the search for car hire prices the cheapest I can find is £221 for an intermediate for 14 days from 10th sept to the 24th sept through alamo brits guide. Should I just book this deal or do you think I could get a better price?
Also it seems really expensive to hire sat nav any recommendations what to buy where?
Thanks

Do you need the extra driver?
If you do then Alamo Brit is usually the best deal.

If you don't need extra driver, do you only want Alamo?
If not Dollar are cheaper thru Auto Europe at £207 less 7% Quidco = £187
http://www.quidco.com/auto-europe/

Looks like Auto Europe also now include "Super Cover" (Zero Excess with Super Cover including wheels, glass, underside and roof of vehicle)

Can't see you getting much cheaper than these.

Sat Nav, to rent with car will probably cost about £60 for 2 weeks. Complete rip off.
You can rent off ebay for about £20 for 2 weeks, or buy on ebay from about £40 with USA maps on, people often buy them in the US, use them for 1 holiday then sell them. (these are TomTom prices, other brands may be cheaper)
I bought our TomTom at Walmart about 2 years ago for about £35. instore offer.
