Online the price for a 2dr compact from 12/8 to 1/9 online is £336.60 plus Quidco and when I called the price was £396, so quite a bit more by phone for me!

An economy is about £305 but I'm not sure of the size difference as we had a compact last time.

Oh poop, just realised I've booked ours for 6 nights and not 12 nights, I'm such a pleb, no wonder its so 'cheap' I'lll have to ring them tomorrow!

We used Wayne's discounted Holiday Auto's link in February and this morning received an email from Quidco paying a cash-back of £45.50 (less £5 from for this year's Quidco retention fee).

We booked on Feb 20th, so it only took a month to receive the cash-back, states on Quidco that it's a FASTER PAYING retailer.

We hired an Intermediate SUV for 21-days at a final cost of £338.70 so working out at £16.23 per day, not bad and we've now used this link twice so many thanks Wayne.....

After clicking on Ask a question you're taken to Quidcare Help centre and under 'Subject of your query' click on Why hasn't my cash-back updated to confirm yet?

Select the retailer and you should see an answer which might help, good luck.

Auto Europe have some good prices at the moment, I have booked a compact for 18 days in September for £258.74, all inclusive but no extra driver or fuel. When checking top cash back the prices were exactly the amount of the cashback more. Not sure about quidco.

Sorry to but in but I'm looking for car hire for next August, I know I'm early for 3 weeks with 2 SUV's, we want to pick up from Orlando Airport as we are staying off site.

Can anyone suggest anywhere, we want to if possible buy everything separate, flights (1 stop), cars tickets etc. to see if we can get it any cheaper.

Many companies won't release prices until end of this year but for best prices you might be better waiting til about a month before travelling.

Look out for sales, end of last year Hertz had a 40% off sale which was great, we booked this Easter for £230, 2 weeks 7 seater SUV. Keep watching the forums until there is a sale on for your dates.
