i see the stickers here all the time on people's cars and they often have the flags too! that's the only way i know those.

I used to really enjoy trying to tell what country the decals were from, but now everyone has them, and it's for local places. I've seen OBX for the Outer Banks, VB for Virginia Beach and a few others. Oh well.
