Can anyone tell me if we can get a shuttle from the parks to the car care center?

Yes, you can. However, I remember having to go to the Ticket and Transportation Center, as they do not pick up at the Magic Kingdom. There will be a local phone number on your reservation that you can call to arrange the pickup.
