Car care center

I have been reading that you can get certain rentals picked up or dropped off at Disneys car care center. Where exactly is this location? Also, what car rental companies would deliver a car to you at a value resort?

It is located close to the entrance to MK. They used to have National and Alamo, but one of them was dropped. I think it was National. You can call them and make arrangements to have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the car care center to pick up the car.
I don't believe any car rental company will deliver a car to the resort....they sometimes provide a shuttle to take you from the resort to the rental office. The other option, for on-site rentals, is the Dolphin. They have both Alamo and National. You could walk over there from Epcot and rent your car, or take a bus to the Dolphin from any of the parks.
There are also several car rental companies in DTD at the hotels.
