We are going to need to rent a car for 1 day during our upcoming visit. Where can I find a phone number for the Car Care Center? Do we need to make a reservation beforehand?

If you are talking about calling to reserve the car for your stay, then yes, you need to do that beforehand. Alamo and National both use the CCC for their rentals. Go to either of those sites and make your reservation. Then, the day before you need to get there to pick up the rental car, call CCC and they will arrange for a shuttle to come to your resort and pick you up and take you to the CCC. Then, you return the car to the CCC and they take you back via the shuttle. Very easy.
