I saw that. I want to go to Times Square and buy something from him.
Me, too!
I heard he actually sells handbags. So that would even be better.
Geraldo interviewed him the next day. The vendor said, after he told the officer about the SUV and they closed down the street, instead of going home and being able to pat himself on the back for what he did, he and the other vendors had to wait off to the side, on the streets, until the car was removed and the "All clear" signal was given, around 5 am, so he & the other vendors could pack up their merchandise that they had to leave behind.
Dude! You just saved our city.

Go get a drink. But, at the end of the day, it's about to the usual details of life.
A couple weeks ago, it was announced that Mayor Bloomberg was cracking down on the amount of street vendors. He said there was way too many. Maybe he will re-think that plan,

as they may turn out to be our first and best eyes & ears to keeping NYC safe.
Not even close. He would have gone back home, gotten with his buddies, and went back to the 'ol drawing board to figure out Plan B since Plan A failed miserably..
One of my concerns is as all these bomb analyses have been all over the news and every TV show, showing how ineptly he failed, the these "bomb trainings" will be able to use this info to improve their techniques for next time.

"Use
flammable fertilizer. . . Do not set activation materials next to each other until ready to activate bomb. . . Pick a street with no street vendors. . ."
