I’m not sure which thread to post this- but I wanted some opinions, is capture your moment worth it? We are going in July and the only time I could get was 3:45. We have crt lunch before so I think we can freshen up a little, and already have memory maker- but am I torturing my family by making our day pause for pictures when we could be on rides? Any experiences/advise would be appreciated.

Can you please let me know if it shows up in your Disney experience for everyone linked and what the photo shows as?

I wanted to do it as a surprise but if it shows up and has the proposal photo, someone might get the wrong idea lol

It shows in Disney experience- trying to attach screenshot. Wonder if you can book it over the phone and not attach it to your experience? 7D34155C-4A40-4FC7-84EA-0DA7CA5EC309.jpeg

When I booked it, it only linked to me and my Disney experience account- so if it’s under your name, the others may not be able to see it.

Thanks for the info. They are fully booked the day I wanted to do it so I will keep a look out for it as we get closer

I think its a great idea. It's not really going to get into your ride times since its only 20 mins long. Should be worth it

Does anyone know what happens if it is raining hard during your session?

Bumping to see if anyone knows the answer to this. We’re celebrating our 25th Anniversary in Oct and my one request was family photos in front of the castle. I had planned on booking through Fine Art Photography but they now only do weddings. So, I was going to book two separate slots of Capture Your Moment in case of rain but I was only able to grab one. The rest of our trip is booked. So now I’m stressing about what happens if the weather is bad - especially with a 3:45 time slot!

Just following up- we did the 3:45 time slot and it was perfect. We had dining at 1:50 so we freshened up prior to our session. It went well and we were very happy.
We were lucky- no rain for ours. There was slight rain in sessions before ours and photographer said the pictures still come out beautiful.

***also- side note for anyone who is going…at end of session I went to tip and the photographer and she told me they aren’t allowed to accept tips… HOWEVER- one of the supervisors was right there and said to me (so photographer could hear) that they are told they cannot accept tips but if a guest ‘insists’ then they must accept because Disney can’t have an unhappy guest who is insulted lol! So my husband and I said we ‘insist’ she take the tip and she was grateful. So anyone who is going… please tip your photographer and ‘insist’ lol. It is hot and they are lugging around a heavy camera making memories for us with a smile on their faces.
