Captian Jacks?

Can anyone tell me about Captian Jack's in downtown Disney? What is it like?

It is a smaller restaurant with a nice view of the marina area - although not all tables have a water view. There are two dining areas. It is a popular place for those on the dining plan because of the lobster tails available on the plan. That is what we went for. Otherwise it does not have a really large menu. This is one of the restaurants where the reviews are all over the board. People love it or hate it. We have dined there twice and had good meals. We were on the plan and went for the lobster so I can't comment on anything else on the menu. Service seems to vary also. There have been comments on bad service (ours was OK but not very attentive) but there are also good comments. This may not be much help but that is my take. BTW we are returning there in July - just made ADR's.

That is always the first place we eat after we check into our resort. We love it. My dh usually has the lobster tails or eats my add on lobster tail (they used to allow an add on lobster tail on the DDP but I am not sure if it will be like that in 2008) and I love the pot roast. The view is nice, the service has always been wonderful and it is so relaxing. Enjoy
