Captain Hook - anyone? Anywhere?

Does anyone know where a good place to see Hook is? My son LOVES Captain Hook and the peeks on the Peter Pan ride will not be enough for him! Does anyone know where we may see him for a picture? Possibly a character meal? Thanks!

He and Mr. Smee make frequent appearances outside of POTC. I don't believe he is currently at any character meal, no Peter Pan.

Captain Hook and Mr. Smee can usually be found around the Pirates of the Carribean attraction in Adventureland. You should be able to ask a cast member in Adventureland when they will appear throughout the day for pictures and autographs.

In Feb.05 we saw Peter Pan and Wendy darling outside POTC, and Captain Hook right when you enter MK on the left side infront of the gates where the floats go for the parade.

If you have enough people for the Grand Gatherings, he is at the dessert meet before the Wishes cruise. We did this last May because my nephew is a Peter Pan fan. Capt. Hook, Mr. Smee, and other pirates met us at the dessert party. The pirates then took us on the curise. When we returned to the CR dock, Peter Pan was waiting for us and interacted very well with the kids.

In the area all around Pirates of the Caribbean ride is your best bet. There are a few spots around the ride that they do meets and greets at. Though last week, I never saw Captain Hook or Smee there. But definately ask at Guest Services, as they should be helpful with popular characters like Hook and Smee.

He was also in the Villian dance during MNSSHP and can often by found by POTC.
If you have a PAL Mickey, I believe he gives you the times that characters show up (according to the info on the TV; anyone have one and can confirm?).
You could always take a cruise too, he's on the ship

We've seen him outside POTC, and also once in Main Street square... and he's on a float toward the end of the Spectro Magic Parade! (He's been known to sword fight little boys from the float... one of my DS's favorite Disney memorites.) Oh and once while we were eating at CRT he was chasing Peter around the castle... right outside our window!

We see them all the time in front of POTC, maybe the times guide for that day can give you more info?

Outside POTC! Guess that's where he hangs out most of the time!

He definately likes to hang out there and harass guests as they walk by. If Peter happens to come out while he is around it can be quite entertaining to watch. We have also seen Wendy harass Mr. Smee as well.

Epcot at park opening on the double decker bus. He and Mr. Smee were both there.

Sometimes he is in the Hub of the Park but as most people have said he Mostly hangs out By POTC!

About four years ago we saw him outside the Train stop near Mickey's Toontown Fair with Mr. Smee.

He hangs outside of the Pirates of Caribbean (POC)....sometimes he and Smee actually kidnap Wendy from across the street...it's amazing!

Another place he hangs out is inside town hall at MK, just inside the park entrance. Head to the back behind the photo place. He hangs out with lots of his friends. It's a great place to find lots of characters, and because it's out of the way, lines tend to be shorter.
