Have the lines been long? Are there fastpasses?

thanks!

No and no. We went a few weeks ago and walked right in with no wait at all.

Oh my I'm so excited to hear this is open already . I have my free ticket and I'm hoping to use it at epcot. This makes it a for sure epcot visit! I remember watching this as a kid, anyone else?

WDW in place of Honey, I shrunk the audience.

Saw it in August. No wait...just the wait for the pre-show thing. I loved MJ during the days of Thriller but Captain EO was not for me.

We saw it at Disneyland in August and there was no wait (except for waiting for the previous show to finish).

It's also in the same theater that Honey, I Shrunk the Audience was in.

It was as amazing as I remember!

Just saw it in Tokyo Disneyland, and it was my first time seeing EO. Fastpasses were available and I thought the waits were longer than I anticipated. Interesting that the Japanese seem more into it than the US audiences?

It was walk on the entire time last week. My dd 8 thought it was totally lame! :rotfl:

Someone please explain Captain EO.

From Wikipedia -

Captain EO is a 3-D film starring Michael Jackson and directed by Francis Ford Coppola (who came up with the name, "Captain Eo", (from the Greek, cf. "Eos", the Greek goddess of dawn)) that was shown at Disney theme parks from 1986 through the 1990s. The attraction returned to the Disney theme parks in 2010.

We were there in August and they were pratically begging people to come in and the park was very crowded!
I never saw more then 2 people go in at a time. We passed on it too.

We will be there this month and I can't wait to see it again. :thumbsup2

love the EO!

We saw it last week and the only wait was the pre-show. Those who have children who were scared of Honey I Shrunk might want to think about this attraction. I'm sure you can find better descriptions of it but my eight year old niece was somewhat upset by the creepy villianess. She got over it pretty quickly but it was the only 3D movie that bothered her. She loved the others.

I am not a big MJ fan but I saw Captain EO when it was new so I wanted to see it again for old times sake. I wouldn't bother with it if there is a line.
