My DH and I will be enjoying a day resort-hopping at WDW soon. We have an ADR at WCC at 1:30. We are thinking of getting a breakfast skillet and a lunch skillet to enjoy a nice variety of foods. (We've had both and love them both.) That morning we are planning on getting some Tonga Toast at Captain Cook's for a later breakfast (around 9:00). Would one entree be enough to feed two people? We don't want to fill up too much before our WCC ADR.

Tonga toast was a surprise disappointment last trip. It didnt live up to the hype for us. It seemed properly prepared, was certainly huge..but unique or gourmet? no, just large and dry basic french toast.

I fully agree with this. I went out of my way to try it after reading the rave reviews. Total disappointment. It is however, quite large so would do for a light breakfast split between two. In my experience the Disney foods that end up on 'top lists' tend to be massively overhyped. I'd suggest NOT going out of your way to find them unless you know the flavours are something you'd enjoy.
