Captain Cook's at the Poly- yes or no?

I think we will give it a try on our next trip. I like to ride the monorail and visit the Poly anyway so why not.

Hi, I'm staying at the Poly in September. Since so many people say they really like the pulled pork nachos I was thinking I might want to try them but need to ask...are they at all spicy? Even a little bit spicy doesn't agree with me at all.

I don't remember them being spicy. They were good.

We stayed at the Poly a couple of weeks ago and thought the food at Captain Cooks was good. Loved the pork nachos. Not sure I would make a special trip for it though. I actually ended up liking the QS at the Grand Floridian better. It was bigger and seemed less hectic. Loved the outdoor seating there. At he Poly we really enjoyed Trader Sams Terrace. Great outdoor location with drinks and some good appetizer options.

We love it! Our faves are the noodles, pulled pork sandwich, and the flatbread. We'll eat here if we are near by or just feel a craving for it.
