I turned me computer off at about 8.31am!! The first time the poor thing had had a nice rest!!
Well the taxi was booked for about 9am,it turned up at five minutes to!
so it was a good bye to everyone and everything and we hopped in and drove to manchester airport
The traffic was a bit heavy on the motorway but we were there in less than 45mins!
Each grabbed our cases from the boot and wandered into terminal two,where we saw the departure Tv thingy and it said XLA130 was delayed an hour,the flight was now going at 14.30!
Wasnt to bad,We went straight to the front of the sunshine upperedeck que,bypassing the huge economy que
The nice check-in lady gave us a letter from Excel Airways apologising for the hour delay,it was because of a service delay that couldnt be helped.
The line for security wasnt to bad and we were in the departure lounge within ten minutes of checking in!
Here she is in all her glory,sat at the departure gate,cant remember which number
As we watched,the departure screen flashed up saying the flight was now 14:00!!
At 13.30,the time we should have took off they called the upsgraded passengers for boarding,god it was weird going up the stairs!!!!lol
this is what i saw.....

We took off at around 14.00,so it wasnt to much of a delay!!
we turned westwards and flew over north wales,and merseyside!

So we reached cruising altitude and the entertainment was turned on!!!
It was Catherine Tate Followed by the simpsons.
They were both good!
After them a really boring program called the Extra's came on,i didnt like that!!
Later on,the first feature movie was turned on,Last Holiday.
It was very good!!
Woohoo the meals were being brought around
It was pasta with aubergine!
With a side of creamy potato salad!!!
and the regular stuff you get with a meal!(ya know the crackers etc..)
What amazed me,was that we had metal knives and an actual glass for the wine!!!
thought they'd been stopped ages ago!!
anyhow....some thousand miles later....they put on another horrid program,but this time it was a film!!!
Casanova!!!!!
didnt watch it,just listened to music and looked out the window!!
Woohoo Land!!!!
Well after the 30minute delay we had at manchester we arrived at sanford 5minutes later than we should of,so not bad!!
The moment i had been dreading for ages,immagration!!
We were among the first few off the plane,but not the first people in the immagration hall!!!
There was loads in there already from other flights!!
But you'll be pleased to know!(no...lol) that we all got through fine and didnt get stopped at all!!
Walked out of the terminal building to be greated with a breathetaking wall of Heat!!!
Met a Lovely TCD rep called Lisa,she told us where to go etc.
Got to Dollar and got the car.
It was a PT cruiser(chrysler) Very nice car and roomy too!!
Right off we go to the US 192...takes us just under an hour to get there!!
When we got to the holiday inn maingate west,it looked ok!
Our room was on the 6th floor,and had spectaculur views of WDW!!!
Everest,tree of life,Epcot ball,blizzard beach,tower of terror etc etc!!!
stunning View!!
Didnt do much for the rest of the day,we were all very tired!!
So we went to Denny's next door for a bite to eat,i had fries and the mini burgers very yummy!! but only ate to of the burgers!
After that it was bed time,and over all a good start to the hol!!
