Capn Jacks - is an ADR needed at lunch?

We will probably be eating lunch in DD on our arrival day. We bought the Deluxe Dining Plan. Do we really need to make an ADR at lunchtime for Capt Jacks? I hate to make reservations when we're not 100% positive on where we will eat.

1) Nope.
2) Not very crowded at Capn Jacks.

NOTE: When an eatery is not crowded, that should give you an indication of the food. In this case, the indication is warranted.
