Capital One 360 is offering another nice promo for opening a checking account or a savings account. The savings account has to have an initial deposit of $1000. And the offer is only good for new customers.

Is this the online bank that took over/bought ING Direct? The reason I ask is because I did have two ING accounts about 10 years ago, so I'm not sure if I would be considered a new customer or not..............P

It is, I'm wondering the same thing. I had an account with them for a few months only because my ING converted to Capital 360. It's been closed for over a year, but I'm not sure if that means I'm ineligible . . .
