Hi everyone!
CapeCAD and I had a wonderful time at Disney World, including the VMK Insiders Tour that we went on with DoomCookie and her "other", John! Two wonderful people, we really enjoyed all the time we spent with them!
First of all, DoomCookie told us that she had no problem at all booking the tour for the 4 of us. Not sure why they tell some people they can only book for 2 people.
Secondly, CapeCAD and I were greatly dismayed at the lack of knowledge of the CMs who work inside VMK Central, on Main Street. I don't think there was a single CM who knew as much about VMK that we do. In fact, we ended up giving 2 CMs the space suits off our backs because they said they'd been unable to get them on their own. We actually did not mind doing this at all, and they were very appreciative. We were just surprised that they didn't have "expert" VMK players as the CMs, there.
Every single time we'd stop into VMK Central we each ended up helping other guests. One older woman was standing watching me and I noticed she had the "Gold Mickey ears" trading card in her hand. She asked me which character it was, and how to get into the game. At that moment I was in the middle of creating a character, so she watched me do that, and I explained everything I was doing. (Took me only a minute). After that, I asked her if she'd like to create her character now. I told her that if she did, she'd get the "Born in Park" badge, and the black mouse ears. I stood next to her while she created her character and I talked her through it. She was so excited to see her completed character at the end!
We had a lot of fun helping other guests in VMK Central, had a wonderful time on the Insiders Tour (oh, and I found out that our tour guide back in July was *not* Yavn, so I was right all along
), and had a lot of fun at the "VMK Meet" on Sunday night. Pictures of that meet to follow 
To those who asked for black mouse ears, I think CapeCAD and I got more than enough!
Once we transfer the ears over to our own accounts we will start giving them out.
