DoomCookie was wonderful and planned a dinner meet at 'Ohana for those of us who'd be at WDW last weekend and/or who lived close enough to drive over.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we had a GREAT time!! It was wonderful to see a couple of "old" VMK friends (SorcMickey and SoarinCutie) as well as meet new VMK friends; DoomCookie, DoomBurger (Come on John, you know you want to sign up! ), DisAeryn, OutofMyMind, Peeplmovr & his wife, and we also got to meet DznyMagic during our stay at the Polynesian

Yes, DoomCookie really DOES like Blue Drinks!

On Saturday night DoomCookie, DoomBurger (John, DoomCookie's "other"), CapeCAD, and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Castle together. CapeCAD and I really enjoyed their company, throughout our vacation.

Our server was a real character; he was madly in love with Cinderella and never stopped talking about her. LOL

Sunday night was the VMK Meet at 'Ohana:

Some random shots during dinner:

I ordered a special cake from the Grand Floridian bakery, especially for the occasion! Yes, the fondant on the cake is lime green, the lighting in 'Ohana made it difficult to tell. LOL

The banner on the top of the cake says "Disney VMK Friends", and banner on the bottom says "Congratulations John" because I wanted to also celebrate CapeCAD's big promotion that he'd just gotten at work, the week before our trip.

After dinner we all went back to our room at the Polynesian to watch the fireworks. We had an excellent view from our 3rd floor Hawaii building room; the fireworks took up the entire width of the lagoon and were spectacular.

After the fireworks we headed to DownTownDisney to do some shopping and people-watching.

I can't wait to eat at Ohana again.......I love the skewered foods....yum! What a great cake too.

I see you had Steve, that was the same tour guide I had. He was interesting but really made me mad at the beginning and the end of the tour.

Great pictures! When we did a CMK meet I forgot my camera and I was kicking myself because there is a certian GREEN VMK player that has yet to show his picture on here and I could have outed him!

Hehe, I'm the same way. I have pics from the day you and I and LuvthatTink got together, but I haven't even pulled them off the camera yet.

I suppose I should stop slacking but it'll have to wait til I come back from Food & Wine tomorrow night
