My family and I are trying to decide between the two. Ultimately, I think we are torn between the food at Cape May (Crab Legs!!) and the entertainment at WCC. Thoughts??

ummm, what is more important to your meal, the food or the entertainment?

IMHO, the "entertainment" at WCC is a poor substitute for the quality of the food. But that's just me.

I love WCC...we like the food, antics, the ride over...everything. But that said, I would always advise, pick your restaurant based on food and nothing else. Go where you like the menu, if you don't chances are you will be disappointed.

havent had CMay but WCC is a must for us we love the atmos and food.

Definitely Cape May. You could not pay us to eat at WCC again (and the entertainment depends on your server)

I still like you even if you don't care for the WL and WCC. :lmao:

My vote is for WCC. I really didn't care for Cape May all that much. IMHO I found the offerings to be average with some things, and below average with others. For me, WCC is a must do for my family. We are going to be there again August 2nd and can't wait.

You are too funny...and I love you for it. Mark got sick at WCC; Cape May to me is the lesser of two evils. ;)

The worst meal we ever ate at WDW was at Cape May's dinner buffet. You couldn't pay me to eat there again. We enjoyed WCC. For us, WCC would be the easy choice between the two.

We were excited on our last trip for the WCC, as we herd so much about it. Well as for entertainment, I've been more entertained watching paint dry, and the food was just a tad more exciting. So a vote for Cape May!

I like the food at WCC, but think the entertainment isn't much of anything. If you're not excited about the food at WCC, my advice would be don't go there.

My choice is Cape May. Even though Cape May is a buffet and WCC a sit-down, Cape May's food was better IMO. The entertainment factor at WCC just wasn't "doing it" for me and I have no desire to go back there.

Wow that doesn't sound too exciting...I talked to my family and it looks like we are most likely going with Cape May!

I'll add my vote for Cape May Cafe!

We have eaten at WCC two times and both times were dissapointed. Long wait to be seated with ADR, both times service was very bad and food was just "ok". Not a horrific experience, but nothing special, for us.

However, we had an extra night on our last vacation and we gave Cape May a try for dinner and loved it! Maybe it was because it seemed so different than the other buffets on our other vacations or because it was new, but it was very good. My DW and I both remember thinking, "there's MORE food"??? And the desserts were great!

Have fun!

Hi. We love Cape May for both breakfast and dinner. Both my daughter and I got sick at WCC at dinner.

The nice thing about Cape May is the large selection of choices, so everyone should be able to find something they like. At WCC, if you get the skillet, everything is just all smushed up together and sitting in a puddle of grease.

We like both but as previous posters have mentioned--it depends on what you're looking for. WCC is great on entertainment but the food is just okay (love the S'mores cheesecake and bottomless milkshakes, however!). We've never had a bad experience at Cape May and you can't beat the all-you-can-eat Crab Legs.

Ick, that sounds GROSS! I think Cape May is definitely the winner here...How can one really argue with unlimited crab legs?!

Being form the NY area you shoudl find WCC food to be good it would seem those from real BBQ states do not like it where as others do.
CM is good but we get great sea food here so you decide.
I like both
WCC is a lot of meat that is BBQ style
CM is mostly clams which are good but hard to come by.. as soon as they are put out people dig:lmao: the crab legs were not that good...
if you eat sea food and go to the OK places on LI or NY you will not be at all impressed by CM.
