Tell me about Cape May for dinner... I had bypassed booking an ADR there, but I have come across several positive comments on Cape May and am wondering if I should consider it. We have 2 DS (ages 7 and 4).

We ate here is September and loved it. My daughter (7) tried the clams and mussels and had a bucket to herself by meals end. My son (2) is a huge mac and cheese lover so he was fine.

I would go back here next time we are in Disney. It was one of our favorite meals.

It's our favorite buffet in Disney!

We love all the selections they have. They have a great salad bar, as well as a seafood/fish selection and a carving station as well!! They also have the excellent ribs, although when we just had them last week, there seemed to be less meat on them. They were still good though!!

The childrens section usually looks so good that it's tempting even to us adults!!!

I think you'll find something for everyone here.

We ate there Sept 21 and loved it! everything was very fresh and tasty.Lots of selections. As long as you go there not expecting New England quality seafood you will not be disappointed.

Hi,

We were just there last Tuesday for dinner and it was great as usual!!! This is a must for dinner on every visit to WDW for us!!

We really liked it when we went in July. Great selection of food - most of it was standard stuff, so it can please all different types. It's not our absolute fave (we tend to steer more towards the unusual) but I would definitely go again - especially if we were taking picky eaters or kids.

We ate there Dec 5. Our waiter was fabulous. He was very attentive and made us feel right at home. I've never had that happen before. The food was good. I hate fish but loved the fried tilapia. DH said the mussels and clams didn't have any seasoning and doesn't want to go back but the other stuff was pretty good. It was a great atmosphere even though it was crowded.

We ate there just last week and had a great time. We loved it and I don't even eat seafood of any kind. There is a great selection. The kids mac & cheese was pretty darn good too.

great variety of food. Ribs, peel and eat shrimp, clams, mussels, battered fish, PRIME RIB. This was the only buffet to still serve prime rib. Chef Mickeys and Bomas discontinued prime rib in favor of some beef loin.

This is our classic all time favorite, especially when we have a large group with diverse tastes. Those who love shellfish are in heaven and those who don't find enough good food to be happy. The chicken is quite nice!

The desserts are good too, although they've recently changed them to smaller (good!) portions.

We ate there in late August for the first time - and loved it! We are planning our summer vacation and my husband's only request is that we eat at Cape May!

Our kids are not seafood eaters at all - and they had tons of other options. My husband was a happy camper with the seafood choices! Our kids (19 and 13) loved drawing on the tablecloth throughout dinner - played hangman, tic-tac-toe, etc. I thought it was funny that at their ages they enjoyed the crayons and drawing so much! The atmosphere of the restaurant is "beachy" and very comfortable!

Well I have to add my thumbs up :thumbsup2 also... it was just yummy when I took some friends there. Definitly something for everyone and the feel is casual and comfortable. I am sure you will have a wonderful time if you add this to your list.
Have a great time while your in Disney!!

I'm so glad the reviews are so great for this place! We are going to Cape May for the first time in Jan. and I'm glad there is such a selection for the seafood lovers (everybody in my family) and the non seafood lovers (me)! :goodvibes

Sorry but the prime rib is now gone from here too. But I have to say the beef roast they had last week was pretty awesome.

We love this restaurant. My DD (8) and DS (5) love it! They are both big sea food eaters so they by pass most of the kids entries and head right for the good stuff. My DB and DM are both non-seafood eaters and everyone found something they really enjoyed. My favorite part is the desserts! Yummm! :)
