I posted a question a couples weeks ago for information about the Clambake and I just wanted to follow up by saying that we absolutely loved it! We had ADR's last Sunday and it was my favorite dinner during our trip (and I don't even eat seafood!). We will definitely add this into our "must go to's" next trip!:)

Thanks for the info! We decided to try Cape May on our next trip; good to know you enjoyed it so much. :)

I don't eat seafood, either, but my DH does. What did you enjoy there? I might have to take DH if I know that I can enjoy it too!

I think CMC gets a bad rap. We are seafood eaters and the seafood wasn't the best I've ever had but I didn't expect it to be. It's not a seaside restaurant so what do you think you are going to get. The rest of the food there was equal in quality to any of the other buffets on property.

We love the atmosphere and will at some point make a return visit without hesitation.

We had always been hesitate to try Cape May but we finally did during our last trip and we loved it!!! My husband and my two teenage sons are not big on seafood and they found lots to eat. We will be returning during our June trip. I get to make our ADR's March 5th and I'm soooo excited!! :thumbsup2

I am so glad to hear this. I made ADR's for our upcoming trip at Cape May and was a bit nervous because it does seem to get a bad rap. We all love seafood though, so I'm hoping it's :thumbsup2 for us!

I am a non-seafood eater and the Cape May Cafe buffet is one of my favorites. They have tons of great items that are non-seafood. We think it's one of the best buffets at Disney and we go there on every trip.

I have to agree. I am not a seafood eater either and only went because my friend was dying to try the restaurant. I was really worried about how I would like it, but it was great! I found plenty to eat and really enjoyed my meal.

We just ate here Saturday night. I'm the only seafood lover in the family, but everyone loved it. Non seafood entrees included, top sirloin, sausage and peppers, BBQ ribs, pizza. There were good salads and veggies. And for dessert, we all really liked the oreo bon-bons.

We ate there Feb 5th and 12th and both times we had wonderful meals. DD is not a seafood eater but there were plenty of items for her to pick from. The 5th they had salmon but on the 12th they had fried fish. My friend that I ate with on the 5th loved the BBQ ribs, he said they were the best he had ever had. He also liked the clam chowder. DH was with us on the 12th and he really enjoyed the sirloin.

I too am a non-seafood eater, whereas DH loves his mussels, so Cape May is perfect for us. He gets his seafood mix, while I devour the chicken. It is sooooo tender and good! I love their salads too.

Hate to be the only negative one on this post but being from New England I truely did not enjoy the seafood served at the buffet nor did my kids. We did not book an ADR there this time because it was our least favorite dining experience.
