Cape May Cafe

Ok here's the deal- I want to go to Cape May cafe as early as possible for breakfast getting there using Disney Transportation and feet only. I know I can take the bus from my resort (pop) to Studios, then walk to beach club, I know the walk is about 15-20 minutes which is fine, buttttt when is the earliest my bus will leave from my resort to studios? I read somewhere they leave 1/2 hour before the first scheduled breakfast, then somewhere else they don't start running until and hour before the park opens. Help me! The reason I'm asking is obviously 1- so I can find out the answer to my question and change my adr time to earlier is need be, and 2 we live in West Palm Beach, and I'm debating whether or not to change the Cape may res for our first day there and go to a late breakfast(10:30/10:45ish) and just leave at 7 instead of 9ish ? Also If anyone has done a later breakfast at this restaurant if we get there later, is it going to be more or less crowded than an earlier time? Will the character leave at 11 or be rushing? Will the food be gross? whew! thanks guys and gals!

Since DHS does a character breakfast, I would think it starts an hour before the park opens like the other parks.

So there should be a bus to DHS at least 1/2 hr before that.

I have been to some later breakfasts and the food was warm and delicious. The characters are still around and it's usually not as rushed as there are fewer diners.

In March when we were staying at POFQ we too had an early ADR for Cape May (8am). We called Disney transportation and they told us to go to the bus stop and when the character breakfast bus comes for DHS tell the driver that we had ADRs for the Beach Club and they will take us there. We did this with no problems whatsoever. The only thing the driver did have to do was go into DHS and turn around just for his GPS sake, then once he did that it was off to the Beach Club .
