Cape May Cafe breakfast

Im staying at POFQ. If I book breakfast at Cape May Cafe can I get there on Disney transport, and if so how?

take a bus to MGM and then take the boat to the Beach Club. Just make sure you allow plenty of time.
Or, if the park is already open, take the bus to Epcot and walk through (if you are already going to a park that day and your pass permits, i.e. you have a hopper or are already spending the day at Epcot and don't have a hopper)
Or, take a cab. POFQ and the Beach Club are relatively close and the cab fare shouldn't be too much.
