Cape May Cafe - breakfast?

Ok I haven't made any ADRs for our up-coming trip but DS11 has asked if we can do a Character meal. I sat him in front of the pc and set him up on allears and said ' choose!'

He has chosen Cape May Cafe for breakfast....I can't find any reviews....any good??

If it is.....hope we can get in!

We also made an ADR here for our last day based on all the great reviews I've read about it. We have only done CM,1900PF, and CRT as far as character meals before...we're looking forward to CM.

The Cape May breakfast is fine. Character interaction depends on how busy the place is. We prefer Crystal Palace, but Cape May was fine (been there twice now) for a character breakfast.

We did the character breakfast in Cape May Cafe last summer, and we loved it! Great food and great character interaction. When we were being seated at our table, Goofy was already sat in one of the chairs, holding a knife and fork, waiting for food! The buffet was really good, lots of choice.
We've booked it again for August

It's one of my favorites because it is not so loud and the character interaction is always good (but we usually get the first seatings).

This is hands down our fav breakfast buffet...the food is wonderful, tons to choose from and the largest selection of fruit that I have ever seen.

Since the place is not that busy you get alot of character time and they are super attentive.

DS who is now 15 still chooses Cape May Cafe breakfast. It is a bit more low keyed than Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey which is fine with us (no parade through the dining room and napkin twirling). Character interaction has already been great. I think the food is better than Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace (not that the food is bad at Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palce!) Go and enjoy!

Cape May character breakfast is great. We have done it a few times. Food is buffet style, very good. The characters are all dressed in beach attire which makes it a little different and fun.

Cape May was my DS first Character meal. We loved it. Character interaction was great. Goofy feed my little his waffle. We had a wonderful time.

Thank you all I've just called and made an ADR for our 1st morning woo hoo! 8.30 and then planning to have a day at Epcot.

Would it be best to park at the resort for b'fast then drive over to Epcot or vice Versa? Any advice appreciated.
