LindaBabe, Can I snitch this daffynition to put on a t-shirt for my next visit to my family on Cape? I'll give you full credit for the idea.

Gracious goodness! I did not dream that my request would stir up such furor. I will not use your quote or your design at all.

And I apologize for upsetting so many of the Cape Cod croppers. I wasn't aware that there was any other crop on Cape than yours. Also, I would not wear a t-shirt from one group's crop to the crop given by another group.

Lisa, thank you for your kind invitation, but I must decline. I live too far away to travel to the Cape for a weekend crop. And as I am only able to visit my family on Cape every few years, the time I spend with them is very precious. I know that you understand.

I will not bother you again.

We have a bit of an issue with the scrap store on the Cape who hosts a crop around the same time we do. (the store employees are a tad snobbish to those outside their circle). That is what Linda was referring to.
