Canyou get an adjustment if autotrain prices go down?

Does anyone know if you can get a price adjustment through Amtrak if the ticket price goes down? I purchase my tickets 3 weeks ago and I just check the prices and they dropped $70.00 Ahhhh Figures..

I think you can return and rebuy the tickets with a penalty of $30 a adult and $15 child's ticket. That is what another person said when I asked the same question about a week ago. It sounded like it would be right. All else fails, call and ask- what do you have to lose!!
