I've never liked the taste of traditional candy canes - even when I was a kid - so I was thrilled when they came out with the cherry flavored ones..:thumbsup2

I've seen blueberry and cinnamon as well, but haven't tried them yet..

Which do you prefer?

blueberry, cherry and traditional

I love traditional candy canes. That being said, DS loves lots of different flavors so I buy a box of traditional and a box of whatever flavor DS wants.

I'm a peppermint junkie. Love the traditional ones.

I love peppermint. But I wouldn't turn down any candy canes that are offered to me. :)

I really like mint, so I guess I prefer the traditional ones. I've had wintergreen, though, which are my favorite. I usually get some of the fruit flavored ones for the kids, though they all like the traditional, too.

My favorite is cinnamon.

I don't care much for the traditional peppermint ones either.

I feel they are all rather disgusting... sorta like Tootsie rolls.

I used to like traditional best, until I tried Hammond's cranberry. Those are now my favorite!!!!:)

I don't mind the pepermint ones, especially disolving in my tea when I have a sore throat...dc don't like em. I usually buy the fruity flavored one. Starburst or sweetart I think I got.

Mmm...cherry to eat, traditional to look at/decorate with, etc. Although nothing beats a traditional candy cane stir stick in cocoa.

Traditional.

I use them to stir hot chocolate. mmmm!! I need to go candy cane shopping now!!

OMG I was just going to mention Hammonds! I love their cherry filled with chocolate. The problem with Hammonds is the price. They are 3.00 each. That is fine if you just want a couple but when you need 25 to decorate a whole tree or fill a container it gets pricey.

Last year I went to the Stonewall Kitchen's outlet store after Christmas and they had the Hammonds marked down to 25c each! I got 75(yes not a typo) and ate them throughout the year. I also crushed them up and put them in chocolate chip cookies.

One of the reasons I love Hammonds is they are handmade in USA. It is extremely difficult to find candy canes not made in Mexico or China. I am not one to buy food products made outside US or Canada.

Traditional, only, for me, please! :)

Honestly i only ever tried the traditional. I did not even know there were other flavors
