Do they put soft cheese on the nachos? I don't like cheese wiz flavored cheese. Was hoping they'd put real cheese on and then melt it. Doe anyone know? And do they only have black refried beans. My daughter loves refried beans but only reg. brown ones I think made with pinto beans. Thanks.

Cheese is pre-melted and ladled onto the nachos.
