Can't Use My Disney Reward Dollars! Grrr.

I e-mail disney about using disney reward dollars with one of their packages, here is what I got:

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Diseny Visa Cardmembers may redeem their Disney Dream Reward DollarsSM by contacting Disney's Visa®
Card Bank One Customer Service by phone (800-436-7999). Bank One will transfer Disney Dream Reward
DollarsSM to a Disney RewardsSM Card which the cardmember will receive in two to three weeks. Disney
Dream Reward DollarsSM can be redeemed any time at Disney Store, DisneyStore.com, Disney catalog,
Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney Cruise Line®. There are no block-out
dates for redeeming Disney Dream Reward DollarsSM. This reward card is very similar to a credit
card in how it is processed so yes you can have the put on a reward card that you can use toward
your purchase.

Do not hesitate in asking for assistance from any of our Reservations Agents they will gladly assist
you. If you decide to go through a Travel agent you will need to give them the CVV number along
with your "reward card" information.

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

The problem we ran into was that not all of the CMs knew exactly what to do, then the person at Dreams Unlimited did not know what to do, then the person at BankOne did not know what they were talking about. Disney's advice is right - just treat it like a credit card. Our TA had no problem getting everything booked after all the confusion was cleared up.

Is your TA DreamsUnlimited? I asked on their "Asked the Experts Board" about this situation (using the dream reward card for a package) but no one has answer yet - 2 days ago. I'm wondering if they are the way to go? I was going to use them or AAA.
