Can't Send Email from Resort room

Have you used it to send from Disney before?
If no, I'd say you have an issue with your Outgoing Mailserver setting.
Which type of account?
 
I agree with @AngiTN this is probably a configuration mismatch! We've never had trouble sending mail from WDW before.

If you're using a mail provider with a web interface, such as GMail or Yahoo Mail, you should try navigate to the web interface, this might be easier if you have important messages to send.

Yup, it's definitely that your outgoing mail settings aren't configured properly.
 

Even using SMTP outgoing server has different server settings.
Is it a Gmail account?
icloud account?
something else?
Do you have 1 email account on your phone or several?

I have 3 accounts on my phone and each 1 has to use it's own outgoing server setting. That way, they always send no matter where I am.
 
Its not Gmail. Its my ISP from home. the odd thing is last week (at offsite hotel) there was no problem .When I moved to the Wilderness Lodge, it didn't work. I don't use my phone.Its an IPad using Macmail.

Sorry, I said phone but iPhone and iPad use the same Macmail, so it would apply to both the same
I'm sure it's the SMTP setting. At home it doesn't always need a hard setting entered but when you go on the road it can. It can just sort of depend on how the relay is set up on the server you encounter.
Go to your ISP and look for their information on what setting you need to use, and note what it is in case you need to enter it manually on your account
Go in to Mail, click the account in question, find the SMTP setting under Outgoing Mail Server
Click on it and make sure the account is using the correct Primary Server based on the info you found above. You probably want to check all the settings to make sure they match. Click on the Primary Server choice and it will open more settings to check
 
We have had issues all day with cellular internet access. We could receive texts, but not send, and the data just wasn't available. It was frustrating for me because it was payroll processing day, so it took three hours just to connect and download the reports, and when I was finished and I wanted to email it in for processing it took another four hours to get a good connection. It wasn't until about 5:00 pm that I had my normal connection. I think all the systems were just overloaded.
