Can't seem to find the map for some reason

Hey all! Hoping you can help me out. I'm trying to find the map of hotels near Disneyland that gives all of the hotel names (not just good neighbor ones) that comes in the back of the tourist magazines you can get in the lobby of the hotels.

I've seen it posted here before but my search came up empty. I'm trying to help a friend plan their first trip to DL, and although I know the proximity of the hotels to the entrance, they are a bit concerned on the locations and having something concrete to show them would be nice.

p.s. I did look at the maps on the sticky, but the particular one that I think Hydroguy posted before was not there.
