Can't See Livestream

Could someone please share a link to troubleshoot Livestream? I cannot see the video. The area where the feed should show is blank.

I'm on a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium. All of my programs and drivers are up to date.

Most of their troubleshooting FAQ pages relate to broadcasting rather than viewing.

ETA: Firefox seems to be the issue. It works in Windows Explorer.
