cant remember my pin

and I cant remember my pin
is there somehow I can get it reset before we arrive

I think you will have to stop at the front desk of your hotel to reset your pin.

You can reset your pin in the App. Select magic bands and then your name. Select the … and scroll to the bottom and you will see reset pin.

Thank you for this info. I haven't been there in like 10 years, but it showed I already had a pin. There was no way I was going to remember what I set it as back then. Pulled out the app and it worked like a dream. Thanks again!
