I had success of late with the chat feature. Just changed the lead guest on a reservation last week, and shuffled points from a cancelled reservation to a current reservation yesterday. I had to refresh a few times before the feature said a cast member was available to chat, but in both situations, from the time I started trying to refresh to chat feature, to finishing what I wanted accomplished, it took about 15 minutes.
