Can't reach Members Services

It has been crazy busy today. I waited 45 minutes this morning to book a room at Old Key West for next January.
 
I just got quoted 70 minute wait time and the 407 number is busy. So magical!
 

Both numbers still busy, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone all day. If this were my bank, I'd get a new one.

All I'm trying to do is un-borrow some points!
 
I'm just trying to find out WHY they want to take my 2022 pts, when I have enough pts in 2021 for a reservation - we'll within my UY.
I even went in to click on my 2021 pts and it wouldn't let me use them. They're this years points :headache: I need to use, I don't want to borrow from 2022.
 
Back on hold again. It didn't even give me an estimate this time...
I am also on hold. I was given a 60 minute wait time and I am 25 minutes in. I would have done it on line but it is pulling points from my wrong use year.

Got disconnected and now it is busy again. Feels just like that magical experience I read in Lee Cockerell's book.
 
Consider sending an email to Member Satisfaction every time you encounter long waits or website issues. I'm sure they keep track of those. In many corporate call centers, management bonuses depend on results (such as wait times & complaints). It can be a powerful motivation. :)
 
And now the website crashed. Get it together DVC. If your website worked, I wouldn't have to call anyone.
 
I tried to call yesterday and after quite a few busy signals, I just gave up.

Tried today and got through on one ring, but got a wait time off 70 minutes.

After 70 minutes I was on with a CM who miraculously did everything I required.

So I'm good to go until it's time to book my next trip.

On Sunday, I got the busy signal several times with the 800 number. Used the 407 number and had a 90 minute wait to renew gold passes. The wait was 90 minutes for a transaction that took about 3 minutes. It was kind of like the waiting for an attraction like Peter Pan, lol.
 
I got a busy signal three times today. I am really disappointed in the absolute crap service we have gotten for our dues staying pretty much the same.

And I don't even expect Disney magical service! Heck, I expect roadside motel, on hold for 30 minutes service.
 
I was just able to do a few things via chat. But that call back feature would be so great.

They should also have a way to request a call back for the ticket deal or Aulani deal. That would help a lot..and yes, I sent me email suggesting it!
