Can't RD Epcot... are two Tier One possible?

I realized I screwed up my breakfast time for Bon Voyage and that is a non-cancel breakfast as it is my 5 year old daughter's pick and that's more important. So, with a 9:20 breakfast ressie, I won't be able to RD Test Track as I had hoped and still make it to breakfast in time.

Question is - I assume breakfast will take me to at least 10:30 and possible closer to 11. We currently have an 11:30 Frozen FP followed by 1:00 and 2:00 Tier Twos that can likely be moved up after Frozen. What are my chances of seeing a TT FP still at around 2 or 3:00 on a Saturday prior to Thanksgiving? Slim to None?

Single rider is not an option as I will be solo parent (husband has to leave mid-week). Kids are only 8 and 5 so single rider won't work. Also, kids have done Frozen ride last year but never TT so I will likely cancel Frozen and switch for TT FP if it is impossible to see a TT FP that late in the day.

Possible with repeated checking of availability through MDX. The more you check, the better your odds.

I think it depends on how much the ride is down, and crowd levels. I have the same problem and got the frozen fp, thinking I could RD soaring. We have an older member in our party that can't ride TT, so my hope is a late FP before illuminations. Touringplans.com shows FP availability during the day. Looking it seems hit and miss that TT would be available in the afternoon.
