Can't pull reservations up online again!

Grr... SO frusturating!
This was happeneing for awhile, then seemed to be OK, now it is happeneing again! Anyone else running into this problem??

Having the same problem today. Neither my room nor dining reservations are coming up (we leave next week). I am just going to try again tonight or tomorrow.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Mine weren't showing up and I logged out and logged back in and my reservations are showing up now.

Yes, I just tried again after several attempts...they showed up.
I then logged out, logged back in again, and Viola! They are gone again.

I had this problem this morning when trying to books ADRs for November ... and since my hotel reservation wasn't pulling up, it wouldn't allow me to book 180 + 10

Swtiched from Mozilla to Internet Explorer and had no problems. Not sure if it was the browser change or it just happened to come back online at that moment.

I had a ton of trouble with Internet Explorer but Chrome worked fine.

It's not so much the browser as it is the COOKIES.
Clear your cookies and temp internet files and then try again.

Mine won't pull up on my laptop (well they will but when you try to do anything with them, they disappear for good) but I was able to pull them up on my desktop and cancel my unneeded ones. Do you have another computer you can try?

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. When I go to Disney's site, the countdown shows from the last time I logged in...so I re-log-in to update the countdown and everything is gone! Even when I enter in my ressie number, it says I don't have any current reservations! I don't let it bother me much, haven't tried these solutions, but it is rather frustrating...

Without logging out and back in, you can click 'Update Reservations' on the right side when you're under My Reservations, and that should bring back all of your reservations. I think this also updates the count down. I have to do this almost every time...
