Can't order Magic Bands

I've been trying to select magic bands for the past 3 days in MDE. The app was just shutting down when I selected magic bands and then yesterday it gave me a notice that it wasn't working and I needed to do it online. However, when I go on the website, when I go to select bands, it says there is a problem and that the site will be up later. I tried googling the issue but nothing current comes up. Since it's been 3 or 4 days now, has anyone else run into this?
 
I had a problem when I tried to order my premium bands for our upcoming trip. It just refused to load the page at all. I ended up contacting tech support via chat and it turned out to be a problem on their end. The tech fixed it (something about our online check in I think) and I ordered our bands that day.
 
I'm having the same issue with mine. I will try a different browser and then ill try ringing tech.
 

Same here, it's been going on for over 2 weeks despite phonecalls and several emails.
Argh!
 
Lots of UK/EU customers have the same issue (no matter which browser we try). Disney knows about the problem and promised to fix it but nothing has happened so far..

I ordered mine very early this morning (b/w 5 & 6am EST) with no problems. I just happened to be awake and they had the 2020 band.
I was using safari on my iPad.
 
It's been FUBAR for me for a few weeks, no matter which browser/device I use. Only got 162 days left to pick, so it's a bit touch and go whether Disney IT will get it fixed in time... O.o
 
It's getting ridiclous now the time it's taking to fix an issue like this.
Unless they sort it out this week it looks like there'll be no customised bands for us. :(

That is what I get. I've been trying it for months now and it is still not working. I only have 20 more days left... It is not that my life depends on that upgraded band but at least I would like to have the option...Plus grey isn't my color ;)
It is a bit frustrating that they don't seem to be able to fix it. I talked to a IT CM weeks ago and he told me they know about the problem and they are looking at it at a deeper level (after trying my different browsers which didn't help either :rolleyes:). I really want to reach out to their customer service but don't know which email address to use :worried:

I was having the same problem and knee chat couldnt fix it. I called and ordered no problem

Thanks for your feedback! That is great :) Did you get the upgrade bands (with additional cost) or just the free version of MB? The CMs I talked to never offered me to order via phone. They just tried to transfer me to IT as quickly as possible :(

I could have ordered either as i was given the choice

Tried this earlier, they could only order me the standard ones but advised I keep checking my online account daily (for the fix) if I wanted the customisable/premium bands.

I've gotten that one too (Donald Duck!), but it goes away when I switch from Firefox to Chrome browser on my computer.

I dont think we can get even get that far here. :/
