I've been trying to select magic bands for the past 3 days in MDE. The app was just shutting down when I selected magic bands and then yesterday it gave me a notice that it wasn't working and I needed to do it online. However, when I go on the website, when I go to select bands, it says there is a problem and that the site will be up later. I tried googling the issue but nothing current comes up. Since it's been 3 or 4 days now, has anyone else run into this?

Did you get the upgrade bands (with additional cost) or just the free version of MB? The CMs I talked to never offered me to order via phone. They just tried to transfer me to IT as quickly as possible
