Good afternoon, My Fiancée is having an issue managing her MagicBands in the MyDisneyExperience App. She purchased a new MagicBand the other day and went to add it and got the following error.
"Unable to retrieve your MagicBands and Cards, please try again later"
After pressing OK, and touching Manage MagicBands again, this error message comes up,
"Sorry, You currently do not manage any MagicBands"
This strange thing is, we can log into MyDisneyExpereince on a computer and it works fine. Its just on the App on an Android Nexus 5x running 7.1.2 and MDE version 4.6.1 build 20170518.1
I have logged her out and back in, uninstalled the App and reinstalled, and logged back in to no avail. Then I logged her into my phone (Which works) and she got the same error. I logged into her phone and I could manager my Bands. Anyone have any experience with this? Tech Support wasn't too helpful as they said the App sometimes doesn't work very well? But we ruled the app itself out. Thanks for any input.
