Can't "Make a Payment"?

I kept hitting "Make a Payment" for my cruise but it just defaults back to the same page. Anyone else have trouble making a payment online (on my desktop)? I still have a few months but thought I'd chip away at it. I guess I have to call . . . . .

The website does get wonky at times. Calling is a good idea.

I tried to do this in a past cruise and after a few payments, the website stopped letting me make further payments. Not sure if it was the remaining balance or the number of payments. Ended up having to call in to pay on the phone.

As PricessShmoo stated, it is more than likely the website acting wonky. I been making a payment each month for our upcoming B2B scheduled for next year, and in March of this year, the website acted like it took my payment, nothing was processed. I ended up having to call and make the payments over the phone. Fast forward to April and I had no issues making the payments via the website.

Worst case you can always call and speak with a CM that will take your payment over the phone.

Since your final payment is due or anything time sensitive- just wait and try again tomorrow. If it still doesn't work then call.

Just give them a call on phone if Disney cruise online payment system isn't working.
